People come here during hard chapters. Treat every conversation as if the other person matters, because they do.
Do
- Listen first. If someone asks only to be heard, don't rush to fix or predict.
- Share your own experience, including what didn't work.
- Treat astrology as a perspective, never as a verdict on someone's life.
- Report anything unsafe. Block anyone, any time.
Don't
- Harass, threaten, shame or pressure anyone.
- Use slurs or hate based on caste, religion, gender, sexuality, region or anything else.
- Send sexual content, or contact anyone who seems under 18 (report them instead).
- Share anyone's phone number, address, real name or photos, including your own.
- Sell, advertise, ask for money, or offer paid readings.
- Tell people what will happen to them, or that a chart dooms or guarantees anything.
What happens if someone breaks them
One proven severe message (slurs, sexual threats, self-harm taunts) suspends the account for 30 days. 3 proven milder messages within 30 days suspend for 7 days. You can contest a decision with our Grievance Officer.
